The Christmas company dinners are one of the most desired moments of the year, because they represent the perfect opportunity to spend an evening together with partners and colleagues by having fun and celebrating Christmas together. It is a moment of sharing and gratitude for the work done during the year.
This year, for the company dinners at the restaurant B38, we thought about three menus dedicated to the places of Christmas: Rovaniemi, Bergen and the North Pole.
Rovaniemi is the charming village in Lapland that houses the official residence of Santa Claus, the magical Santa Claus Village. Bergen, in Norway, among the fiords, lights up with candles and illuminations from the end of November and for all holidays. Bergen’s favorite tradition is to recreate a huge gingerbread village. Even the largest in the world! Finally, there is the North Pole, the kingdom of ice and the place from which Santa Claus departs with his sleigh to bring gifts. The beauty of Christmas is that everyone, even those who are no longer a child for a while, can rediscover their childhood spirit.
