The Marostica Summer Festival is back next July!

July is the month of the Marostica Summer Festival, one of the most awaited musical events of the whole summer. As in every edition, some of the most important Italian and international artists will take the stage in Piazza Castello.

 

We start with Lazza on 1st of July. One of the surprises of the last Sanremo Festival will bring its Lazza Ouverture Summer to Marostica. It will be an opportunity to listen to all the hits of Cenere, already Platinum Disc, and his other successes.

The Hollywood Vampires, the super band formed by actor and musician Johnny Depp and some of the greatest artists of the past, such as Alice Cooper, Joe Perry of Aerosmith and Tommy Henriksen, will arrive on July 2nd. Their concerts include, in addition to the original songs, some tributes to other great bands of the past, such as The Who, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Motörhead and many others. It promises to be a truly explosive show, not to be missed at all!

On July 3, Simply Red will take the stage in one of their very few Italian dates of 2023. The Marostica Summer Tour will be an opportunity to listen to all their most loved classics, including “Stars”, “Holding Back The Years”, “Fairground” and “Money’s Too Tight To Mention”.

On 5th of July, Renga and Nek will bring their most famous songs to Marostica, in an unprecedented duo concert. In fact, this special artistic encounter starts from the partnership between two friends, celebrated by the song “L’infinito più o meno” where the two singers deal with the theme of paternity. On the occasion of the live tour, Francesco Renga and Nek will retrace their respective careers together, singing the most famous pieces of their careers.

The following evening, July 6, Mr Rain – the third place winner at the last Sanremo Festival – will perform. The revelation artist achieved popularity with the song “Superheroes”, already at the top of all the Italian radio charts. In fact, his summer tour comes after the sold out tour during the winter in the clubs.

Mika returns to Italy on July 12 on the stage in Piazza Castello. The pop star shot to stardom with the single Grace Kelly in 2007, which is still a hit today. After 5 studio albums and many songs at the top of the charts, Mika is confirmed as one of the most eclectic and original artists on the international scene.

The last concert of the Marostica Summer Tour will be that of Biagio Antonacci, on July 13th. Among the most acclaimed Italian singer-songwriters, Antonacci will return to perform with the Biagio Antonacci Summer 2023 tour, also making a stop at the Castello di Marostica. The concert will be an opportunity to sing his great hits together with all the fans present. For the occasion, there will also be an eight-piece band on stage.

 

The concerts of the Marostica Summer Festival will be realized in Piazza Castello, also known as Piazza degli Scacchi. This is an important tourist destination, known for hosting every year many people in its famous Chess Game.
